Tai Chi Exercise Class

The Tai Chi exercise class is a beginner class. We do Chinese exercises known as "qigong" (or "chi gong"). These exercises can be modified for any level of fitness. We work on stretching, strengthening, balance, energy building, and most importantly, breathing and relaxation. These exercises also help a person's mind and body learn the principles needed to continue on to learning the "Tai Chi Chuan" form. Do not worry about being able to pronounce these names...simply join us for some fun and fitness!
